Justus Bellwinkel advises employers and executives on all aspects of individual and collective labor law.

Justus Bellwinkel studied law at the University of Passau after completing his secondary education in the United Kingdom. During his studies, he worked as a research associate at a specialist employment law firm, dealing with a wide range of employment law matters.

As part of his legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Munich, he worked for a US-based international law firm and also served as a research associate at one of Germany’s leading law firms. In parallel, he successfully completed the Munich training for business mediators.

Since his admission to the German bar in 2023, Justus Bellwinkel has advised employers on all aspects of employment law, initially with a Munich boutique firm focusing on employment and commercial law, with a particular emphasis on individual employment law. In 2025, he joined FUHLROTT Arbeitsrecht.
