Pia Ludwigshausen
Pia Ludwigshausen advises German and international companies, managing directors and executives in all areas of individual and collective labour law.


PPia Ludwigshausen studied Law and Political Science at the University of Münster. During her studies, she gained substantial practical experience as a research assistant in the employment law department of an internationally operating major law firm.
Ms. Ludwigshausen completed her legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Celle. During this time, she worked, among other placements, at the German Federal Ministry of Health and in the employment law practice group of an internationally renowned major law firm. In parallel, she continued to work as a research assistant in the field of employment law.
Following the successful completion of her Second State Examination, Ms. Ludwigshausen further expanded her international experience through a postgraduate program in Lyon, where she earned both an LL.M. degree and the French qualification Maître en Droit. In April 2026, Ms. Ludwigshausen joined the employment law boutique firm Fuhlrott at its Hamburg office.
